My dear,
during this time, I, too, finally found time to write. After decades! From a young age, I was encouraged to write in a variety of settings. For some time I diligently met with writers and wrote down thoughts, stories, verses. Even my dear friend, an astrologer, announced to me a long time ago that there is a book written in the stars for me. But… as Zoja told me when she was very young and I complained that I couldn't do everything at once: "Mom, one by one." So let’s start with short notes and let’s see where it will take us. So far, outwardly, none of us can go very far, but we can travel inward. Let's take a breath. We capture the air with full lungs. A deep journey awaits us. If we are brave enough, we may feel ourselves when the spasm subsides. We will realize how long we have not lived ourselves. How long do we allow our boundaries to be disrespected. How long do we do things that empty us. How many times we do things we don’t like. How much time we spend with people that empty us. How long have we not allowed ourselves to be what we are. How long do we try to adapt to a situation that is not ours. How many burdens have we imposed on ourselves that have absolutely nothing to do with us. How long have we been screaming. How long do we want to get out of this cage. The time has come to sort out and calm our thoughts. Time with time supports us to take time every day and think about what we are all grateful for. Take a piece of paper and write down 50 things or people you are grateful for in your life. Sounds great? Try it, you will see that you will definitely want to add another line ;). For example, I thank you every day for: Health Family The love I receive Friends Freedom Security Of course ... and more and more :) Think about it every day before bed, or talk to your loved ones about what all you are grateful for. Your world would change <3 And I’m not saying this just like that, because research has shown that gratitude has a beneficial effect on different areas of our lives. It can help us make friends, improve physical and mental health, promote empathy, contribute to better sleep, help achieve greater self-esteem and more. So bravely, there are no bad side effects;)
